By accessing, registering on, or using the y10 Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

y10 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the y10 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. y10 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you.
y10 may require you to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
y10 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following supported payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. y10 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. y10 reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Before any withdrawal is processed, you must have completed KYC verification and satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. y10 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days, though actual transfer times may vary depending on your payment provider.
y10 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests. In cases where fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity is suspected, y10 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities.
y10 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
All games available on the y10 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independent of previous outcomes and cannot be influenced by the Player or by y10.
Each game has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers. y10 shall not be liable for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, y10 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. y10's decision in such matters is final.
Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published and available upon request. y10 does not manipulate RTP settings outside of the parameters set by the game provider.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the y10 Platform without the prior written consent of y10. Unauthorised use of y10's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, y10 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
y10's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
y10 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
y10 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
y10 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and y10 cannot guarantee absolute data security.
y10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory authority.
Your continued use of the y10 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the y10 Platform, you should first contact our customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. Please provide full details of your complaint, including your Account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and any supporting documentation.
y10 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to provide a final resolution within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution channels available under applicable Philippine law.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit y10's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach or threatened breach of these Terms.
